CaboSanRoque presents a concert where five of its characters share the stage with a polyphonic washing machine that works with a bicycle chain.

After years of being an absolute bother, the washing machine of the Caba family is now the lead object of this concert. This old washing machine has the peculiarity that it interprets the clothes it washes: the music played depends on the fabric, the colour, the drops of sweat and the dirtiness of the clothes. A whole set of parameters that the washing machine interprets and transforms into machinery, cylinder and piano hammer movements that make the different instruments play.

The result of this encounter are instrumental themes built on mechanical and nearly obsessive repetitive sequences in which the intervention of the musicians transforms the repetition – loops- of the washing machine into disperse musical and visual scenes.
